Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript after submission must submit a formal written request to the editorial Board, stating the reason for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to editorial approval and should be made before the article is accepted. Submissions must not be under consideration elsewhere, and withdrawal to facilitate a duplicate submission to another journal is considered unethical. Once payment has been made, no request for a refund will be made.

Unethical withdrawal or duplicate submission may result in rejection of the manuscript, notification of the authors’ institutions, and a temporary restriction on future submissions to the journal.
