Peer Review and Editorial Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous peer review to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of published research. The journal follows a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.

Independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field evaluate each manuscript based on its originality, methodology, significance, and clarity. While reviewers provide recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief has the final authority to accept, request revisions, or reject a manuscript. The journal upholds strict ethical standards, including confidentiality, avoidance of conflicts of interest, and the requirement that all submitted work is original and properly cited.

The journal follows a structured and transparent peer-review workflow to ensure fair and unbiased evaluation. The process is as follows:

  1. Initial screening -The editorial team checks each submission for suitability with the journal’s scope and basic quality standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria are rejected, and authors are notified of the decision.
  2. Anonymization - Manuscripts that pass screening are anonymized by removing author names and affiliations to ensure a double-blind review.
  3. Reviewer assignment - Each manuscript is assigned to independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers do not review manuscripts they or their close collaborators have authored.
  4. Review Period - Reviewers have three weeks to complete their evaluation using a standardized template that covers originality, methodology, significance, and clarity.
  5. Editorial Decision - Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief may:
  • Accept without changes
  • Accept with minor revisions
  • Request major revisions (possible re-review)
  • Reject the manuscript
  1. Author Notification - Authors receive the decision along with constructive feedback from reviewers.
  2. Ethics and Integrity -All participants must adhere to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality, avoidance of conflicts of interest, and submission of original work. All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism prior to review.
